License activation for the C-Werk software package is carried out through the product activation utility.
The activation utility is accessible at Start -> All Programs -> C-Werk -> Utilities -> Program Activation, or from the tray menu (see the C-Werk Tray Tool section).
Note
The product activation utility program file LicenseTool.exe is located in the folder <Directory where C-Werk is installed>\Grundig\C-Werk\bin\
Then you must select the name of one of the Domain servers to which the license file will be applied (the file is applied to all Domain servers launched at the moment of activation) and connect to the system, under an administrator's user name and password, to continue the activation process.
After the download is complete the main window of license utility will be displayed.
Note
To activate C-Werk, connect to a Server in the Domain. Otherwise, an error message appears.
To activate C-Werk, please refer to the document titled Activation Guide 2, which presents step-by-step instructions on activating, updating and upgrading C-Werk.
It is also recommended that you use the prompts displayed in the product activation utility's dialog boxes.
