By default, the search spans across video footage / archive tracks currently displayed on the timeline (see Navigating Using the Timelinesee Setting a search interval).
To specify an exact interval, you must specify its start and end points. To do this, press the corresponding button and set the search limit.
Also, you can select a preconfigured search interval from the drop-down list.
If you select Next 5min / 15min / 30min / 1h / 3h search will be performed in the interval: [specified start of the interval; specified start of the interval + 5min / 15min / 30min / 1h / 3h].
You can specify the search span in one of the following 2 methods:
right click and select on the timeline,
Info title Note To delete the search span, click the button.
- enter the time on the search control panel.
To search the entire video archive, do as follows:select the Whole archive checkbox (1). To search the last hour (or 2, 4, 8, 24 hours), click the corresponding button (2). If you select Last 1h / 3h / 6h / 12h / 24h , the last hour (or 3, 6, 12, 24) of the entire archive will be analyzed.
