To update camera firmware, perform the following:

1. Select the desired camera from the list (1).
2. Click the Update Firmware button (2). An Update firmware dialog box will appear.
   

3. Click the button (3), then select the new firmware file in the standard file dialog box.

4. To access the camera, enter valid user credentials into the User (4) and Password (5) fields.

5. Click the Update button (6) to start the firmware update.

   If you click the Update button with no firmware file selected, a "The firmware image does not exists!" error message will appear.

   

   If you click the Update button with no valid user credentials entered, an error message stating "Failed to upgrade device firmware! Error - Unknown error!" will appear.
