A new C-Werk Domain can be created in one of two ways:

  1. During installation of the C-Werk software package with the Server and Client configuration type (see step 8 of the instructions in the section Installation)
  2. When attempting to connect to a Server which does not belong to a domain

The Name new C-Werk Domain window will appear. In the New C-Werk Domain name field, enter the C-Werk Domain name to create a new group of computers based on the Server and click Apply.

It is not possible to use the above steps to add a Server to an existing C-Werk Domain. Assigning the same C-Werk Domain name to several Servers does not guarantee that those Servers will be in the same C-Werk Domain. Different C-Werk Domains can have identical names

This will create a new C-Werk Domain based on the Server. The C-Werk software package will then be launched with the entered authorization parameters (see the section Startup).
