To configure the embedded LPR detection, do as follows:

1. Specify the maximum and minimum license plate width in the frame in pixels (1, 2).
   

   The more complete detection configuration is carried out in the device’s web interface.

   
   

2. From the Region list, select the countries which license plates are to be recognized (3).

3. Specify the traffic lanes by means of lines in the preview window. You can specify up to 4 lines that correspond to 3 lanes.
   

   The virtual lines are configured in the same way as the line crossing detection (see Settings Specific to Cross Line Detection).

   
   

4. Click the Apply

The LPR detection configuration has been completed.
